All About My Community Social Studies K-3 Printable Pack

Is Social Studies driving you crazy? Trying to meet learning outcomes while not falling asleep? Check out this amazing printable pack full of over 23 worksheets to teach Kindergarten through Grade 3! Use it for the whole family!

Social Studies can be a difficult subject to teach in the early grades. I have yet to find a Social Studies complete curriculum that meets all of our learning outcomes. From K-3, children are expected to learn about technology in the home, classroom, and community. They are expected to learn about roles and responsibilities to the environment and of the government.

In Canada, children need to learn the provinces and major bodies of water in the map of Canada as well as the simple breakdown of our countries government. Children are also required to learn about their community, it’s history and the different people, and places that make it up. They are also supposed to learn about simple maps and cardinal directions. So far, no single curriculum has blended these outcomes into one comprehensive unit. So I’m here to the rescue!
