As a homeschool mom to five young children… I have had my days (possibly months) of utter chaos; days when I wanted to quit. In her introduction, the author (Dr. Melanie Wilson) gives you express permission to use the book however you see fit. You can hop right in in the middle, or choose a challenge from the table of contents that you need help with, PRONTO! Or you can go through it starting in January and do the challenges in order. The great thing about the monthly order of the book is that it coincides with the seasons. So in January you have more planning challenges, March you start to enter Spring cleaning challenges, November/December you have company cleaning challenges and Christmas planning challenges!
This book has literally something for everyone. Each challenge is set up with some background text, information, encouragement, etc. and followed with easy action steps to check off. The tasks are designed to take about 15 minutes a day or you can do them in an hour on a weekend. You can use the book however works best for you and she even has a Facebook support group, free printables and calendars to help you every step of the way!
