Dear kids, I am tired. Tired of being the bad guy. Tired of pushing you to do what you don’t want to do and trying to convince you why you need to. I get it, I don’t like doing what people tell me either, especially when I don’t understand why. So I’m raising the white flag of surrender. Perhaps the battle, the daily struggle between us is that I need to pass the baton. To stop telling you what to do and start modelling and training you to understand the why for yourself.
Managing your time starts with understanding the value of time, with deciding what you truly value and want and how time wasters steal from the person you want to become.
